ARE MINORS ACCEPTED?

Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

IS YOUR CAMPSITE ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?

Yes, our wash block has specific toilets and showers and public places such as the pool and the bar are accessible. We have a 4 berth 2 bedroom Cottage(3 Star) which is fully equipped and fitted out for people with reduced mobility.

CAN WE PUT AN EXTRA TENT NEXT TO THE CHALET OR MOBILE HOME?

Even if the pitches are big enough for that, we cannot add an extra tent onto the pitch for insurance reasons.

DOES MY BABY COUNT AS ONE OF THE OCCUPANTS?

Yes, babies are included in the occupancy capacity of the accommodation. The maximum number of people shown in the cottage must not exceed the capacity indicated on the property description. E.g. We will not accept you into a 5 berth property if you are 6 in total. The booking service will also suggest to you properties which are most suitable to the number of people you have.

HOW DO WE GET TO THE SITE?

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS?

Arrival and departure days are not fixed by the campsite. You can arrive or leave on any day of the week. The minimum stay is for 2 nights in a Mobile home (7 nights in July and August). For camping pitches arrival and departure days have no restrictions.

WHAT ARE THE CAMPSITE’S OPENING DATES?

Our campsite as well as all the amenities (Food store, Bar, Entertainment, Pools, Sauna, Fitness room….) are open from 01st April 2017 to 15th September 2017.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING?

Each booking option is registered from the receipt of your phone call or online booking. A Confirmation option is sent to you by email or by post within 48 hours. You have 7 days to confirm the option by sending us the 25% deposit.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A BOOKING?

You can book your stay:
– On our website by completing the online booking form. Booking is quick and payment by card is secure.
– By telephone calling our booking service on 00 33 (0)2 98 58 61 90

In all cases the following information will be requested: Surname, First name, date of birth of each person, address, phone number and dates requested for your stay. The booking becomes effective and binding after the Village’s agreement and upon receipt of a 25% deposit.

WHAT IS A PRE-BOOKING?

Book your favourite destination for next season now without obligation and benefit from promotional offers.
A definitive confirmation will come to you during December with the prices. You then have 10 days in which to modify or cancel your booking without incurring a booking fee. You can thus optimise your chances of going where you have decided without risking being faced with availability issues.

CAN I BOOK A BABY COT AND/OR HIGH CHAIR?

We offer a baby’s cot and high chair hire service. Please ask for your Baby Kit during booking and not on arrival, to be sure to have availability.

– Free in the 4Star and Premium Cottages
– 2€ per night for the 2 Star and 3 Star making 4€/per night/per kit

CAN I BOOK AND HIRE SHEETS?

We offer a sheet, pillow slip and towel hire service. Bed linen hire should be arranged during booking.
Price: from 12€ per kit. For 4 Flower property rentals, sheets and towels are provided.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not permitted in all of the rental properties. Please check on the property of your choice if it is stated whether a pet is allowed or not. Pets must have an up to date vaccination booklet which must be shown on arrival. (category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted, NAC pets are also not permitted)*NAC pets are unusual pets such as snakes – please check if uncertain. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

ARE BARBECUES ALLOWED?

Yes barbecues are allowed. All the properties offered directly by Camping Yelloh! Village La Plage are equipped with a charcoal barbecue.

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS ON THE CAMPSITE?

Wifi is available free of charge in the bar, as well as in certain Cottages where a charge is made. Please as for direct information from our Staff.

ARE THERE TELEVISIONS IN THE MOBILE HOMES?

Televisions can be rented in certain Cottages upon prior booking and according to availability.

Price: 5€ per night
TV and WIFI internet are included in the PREMIUM Cottages.

ARE THERE SUPERMARKETS/SHOPS NEARBY?

To help you during your holiday we operate a Food Store for daily needs. You will also find just a minute away from the site, a large superstore, 24hour Service Station and the local shops. A few kilometres further on there is a Lidl store and an Intermarche.

WHAT COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE?

Nos tarifs incluent vos consommations d’eau, d’électricité, de gaz, le stationnement d’1 véhicule (à côté de votre hébergement), les accès aux Piscines, Salle de fitness (caution demandée), Sauna, Terrain multisports (sauf le court de Tennis à 6€/heure), aire de jeux pour enfants, les animations (sauf mentions contraires : loto, soirées repas, activités sportives soumises à un supplément).

WHICH COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE?
  • The Tourist Tax (Changes to the rate may occur during the season)
  • Supplements (Baby kit, TV..)
  • Waters-sports activities
DO I HAVE TO PAY A TOURIST TAX?

Yes, the Tourist Tax is compulsory for each person over the age of 18 years old.

Price: 0,44€ per person/per day for those over 18 years old
Modifications of the Tourist Tax level may be made during the season.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A STAY AT THE LAST MINUTE?
  • If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, the total cost of the stay is immediately due for payment.
  • If the booking is made a few days before the stay, occasionally it is necessary to make an urgent payment.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO STAGE THE PAYMENTS?

HOW CAN I PAY?
  • By credit card: online or by contacting the Village’s booking service with your booking reference number.
  • By bank transfer: directly through your bank recording on the transaction your customer reference and your surname
  • By cheque or ANCV holiday cheque (we advise that you send holiday cheques by recorded mail).
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THE BALANCE?

The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before you are due to arrive at the campsite.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT?

All bookings are accompanied by a 25% deposit of the total cost of the stay to which may be added the cost of cancellation insurance. Your balance settlement must be with us in the 7 days following the receipt of your booking option.

DO WE HAVE TO LEAVE A GUARANTEE DEPOSIT?

A deposit of 200€ will be asked for at the start of your stay. It will be returned to you after a check on the state of the property on the day that you leave. A cleaning service (from 90€) will be charged if the property is not left in a perfectly clean state.
For any delayed departure, you may be billed for an extra day based on the price of a night’s stay at that time.

WHAT ARE THE CAMPSITE RECEPTION OPENING TIMES?

The reception opens from 9am to 7pm everyday and from 8am to 9pm on saturdays (july & august).

UP TO WHAT TIME CAN WE ARRIVE?

If you arrive after the Reception closing time, please let us know in the afternoon. We will leave your keys & map of the campsite to the barman.

WHAT ARE THE ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES?
  • For the rental properties
    Arrivals start from 5-00pm and the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10-00am
    In the inclusive price section “weekends and long weekends” 2 or 4 nights, properties are available from 2-00pm and vacated on the day of departure before 6-00pm.
  • For the Camping pitches
    Arrivals start from 1-00pm and departures must be made before midday.
WHAT DO THE TRAVEL DOCUMENTS CONTAIN?

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?

No less than 4 weeks before the start of your stay and after receipt of your balance payment.

WILL WE RECEIVE A BOOKING VOUCHER?

We will send you a booking voucher that you need to hand in at Reception on arrival. Be aware! Without this voucher you may not be allowed onto the campsite.

CAN WE HIRE BIKES?

You can rent cycles adapted to family needs directly at the campsite Yelloh Village La Plage.

DO WE HAVE TO PAY TO HIRE THE TENNIS COURT?

A tennis court is available from 9-00am to 7-00pm on prior booking at the tourist information point. Fee, equipment loaned on a deposit.

IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE SAUNA?

Entry is free of charge.

IS THERE A CHARGE TO USE THE FITNESS ROOM?

Entry is free of charge.

ARE THERE ANY SPORTING ACTIVITIES?

Aqua aerobics, Muscle toning, sports tournaments: free with the leaders. Water-sports activities require some payment (preferential rates) and booking is made directly on the campsite!

IS THERE ANY ENTERTAINMENT ON THE CAMPSITE?

Each day Camping Yelloh! Village La Plage organises daytime and evening entertainment for both young and old.(tournaments, quizzes, karaoke, shows..) there is something for everyone!

ARE SHORTS ALLOWED IN THE POOL?

Swimming shorts are not permitted. Waterproof nappies are compulsory for children under the age of 2 years old.

ARE THE POOLS HEATED?

The two pools (indoor and outdoor) are heated from the opening to the closing of the site.

WHEN DO I GET MY GUARANTEE DEPOSIT BACK?

You will get your deposit back when you leave after a check on the state of the property. You will be billed for the cost of cleaning if the property is not left in a perfectly clean state. If you leave before Reception opens we will send you your deposit by post.

IS CLEANING INCLUDED?

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the Premium Cottages. For the other Cottages an inclusive cleaning charge of 90€ will be billed if the property is not left in a perfectly clean state. You can book the Cleaning Service when booking your stay or on arrival.
